Still Life

Cameron Galt is a realist painter who works only from life with the subject matter directly in front of him.  The still life paintings he expertly creates are a kind of portraiture in themselves, since they embody attributes of absent sitters.

’Tondo’ means a circular painting or relief.  In his ‘Tondo’ collection, Galt employs traditional painting methods with a modern twist.  These paintings have been published as signed limited editions of 26, one for each letter of the alphabet.
